At The Collision Law Center we fight insurance companies for your rights. We are one of the only firms that focuses on Property Damage Claims and we have emerged as the leader in Diminished Value and Total Loss Claims.
Insurance companies will do anything they can to pay out as little as possible to their clients. We have made it our mission to aggressively challenge the insurance companies and find ways to make sure our clients get the money they deserve.
How is the attorney paid?
You do not pay anything in advance. If there is a recovery, the attorney gets 33.3% of the recovery. In the rare case that we need to go to court on your claim, the fee increases to 40%. If there is no recovery, you do not owe anything to the attorney.
Will I have to go to court?
Probably not. The vast majority of cases are settled prior to a lawsuit being filed.
Will I have to pay any costs?
Depending on the case, the attorney may hire an expert auto appraiser. If he does, the attorney will advance the cost of the expert. The attorney is reimbursed this cost from any recovery. If there is not recovery, you do not owe anything for this cost.
Who is my claim against?
Your claim will be against the at-fault party’s insurance company, not yours.
How long will the claim take?
It depends on the insurance company handling the claim, but most claims take approximately 3-4 months from start to finish.
